Cancellation Policy                      

• More than 61 days prior to date of arrival in Sri Lanka: No charge (less bank transfer fees)
• 31 – 60 days prior to date of arrival in Sri Lanka: 75% charge
• 0 – 30 days prior to date of arrival in Sri Lanka: 100% charge

Note:

• The above- mentioned hotels are vetted through our health and safety division regularly and have passed our ISO 9001 and 14001 audits. They also have obtained the safe and secure certification to operate under the new normal tourism guidelines.
• Kindly note that the check-in time to all hotels will be at 1400 hrs and check out is at 1200 noon.
• No reservations have been made at the hotels at the time of quoting.
• Wine stores will be closed on Poya (full moon) days and serving of alcohol is not allowed on this day.
• All above hotel rates are subjected to revision as and when government taxes are revised, when respective hotel managements revise rates or due to any currency fluctuations experienced at a given time
